18-year-old Jeromy Ethan Pollard was arrested at his home December 20th, after an investigation into his suspicious online activity.
As of now, he has been charged with one count of possession of child pornography.
No details have been released on the investigation of Pollard at this time.
He was booked into the Madison County jail with a bond set at $50,000.
If Pollard is convicted he could face up to 40 years in prison.
No court date has been set.
